Passionate about Ethics, Best Practices, and Open Source in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with 20 years of experience actively promoting Productivity, Quality, and a Positive Work Culture. My emphasis on team leadership is geared towards empowering high-performance work environments, enabling our teams to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.


I balance my time between hands-on coding, with a focus on reusability and best practices, and managing high-level projects, strategies, and team leadership. This includes client reporting, mentoring my team, and identifying new opportunities, products, and building blocks for future projects. I love to code with my team because it allows me to inspire, speed up, and actively contribute to the success of our projects.


As the lead data scientist, I've spearheaded and successfully executed end-to-end projects for top-tier utilities, manufacturing firms, vehicle manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and universities (specifically in robotics). My expertise in machine/deep learning, natural language processing, advanced analytics, and workflow automation has been instrumental in these achievements. These experiences have driven the establishment of a strategic methodology prioritizing efficiency and trust-building with clients or stakeholders. Taking the lead in my team, I emphasize efficient MVP and user-friendly product creation over lengthy presentations. This proactive approach not only streamlines our processes but also strengthens trust and resonates effectively with our clients and stakeholders.


I'm excited about the possibilities of Generative AI, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), and creating versatile Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) apps. I'm exploring their uses in analytics, machine learning, and tailored workflows, integrating them into our software development processes. Additionally, I emphasize monitoring and evaluating LLMs to develop adaptable RAG tools. My key focus is responsible implementation, delivering effective solutions for diverse scenarios.


Before my current position, my career revolved around working extensively with data. I served as a research and process engineer at a photovoltaic manufacturing plant and later as a research and quality senior manager at an energy efficiency company. Continuously driven by a pursuit for growth and skill enhancement, I remain eager to forge connections with fellow professionals in the field and seek fresh opportunities for further development.
